We plan to configure compatible customer-owned routers to switch between an existing primary connection and a separately supplied backup. A straightforward setup will include an agreed failover test and configuration handover. Backup connectivity, SIM data, routers and any site work are separate.
An optional monitoring service is planned for a configured failover setup. The final offer will state what is checked, how alerts are delivered and what support is included. Any repair work or configuration changes outside that scope will be quoted separately.
A planned monitoring service for agreed business connections and supported network devices. We will define the checks, alert destinations, reporting and support coverage for each site. Monitoring provides visibility; any fault investigation or remedial engineering will follow the agreed service scope.
We are considering services for IT providers that need numbers, SIP connectivity, public IP access or network engineering for their customers. Wholesale eligibility, supported service models, minimum commitments and pricing will be agreed individually if the programme launches.
