Both plans include incoming calls and caller display. Voicemail is planned, subject to confirmation before orders open. You provide your broadband and phone equipment.

Before you choose
Home Voice needs power and internet. If either fails, calls through Lodestar Voice stop, including 999 and 112. No emergency backup is included. Read the emergency-calling information.
Mobile emergency calls use another available network. Lodestar's own network does not carry 999 or 112; handset behaviour and other-network coverage affect whether a call connects. Read how Mobile emergency calls work.
